Ottawa International Airport is inside the City of Ottawa tariff area. TaxiRates uses the Schedule B meter and does not add an airport passenger surcharge that is not published by YOW.
YOW lists taxis among its authorized ground-transport options on Level 1 / Arrivals. The airport also publishes separate commercial pickup fees for pre-arranged limousine and other commercial operators, but TaxiRates does not treat those operator fees as a taxi passenger surcharge.
