How the Guelph taxi meter is structured

The tariff also publishes a time charge of $0.133 every 11 seconds, equivalent to $34.00 per hour. A physical meter uses its approved operating logic; TaxiRates does not add the full trip duration as a second charge on top of every kilometre.
